When to See a Life Coach vs. a Therapist

Both therapy and coaching are valuable for achieving fulfillment and happiness, but choosing the right approach can be challenging and impact your progress. Therapy is essential for addressing trauma and healing, while life coaching is ideal for gaining clarity and developing strategies to achieve personal goals once therapy's benefits plateau. Combining both can offer a comprehensive path to personal growth and self-understanding.
